How do I place an order?

Browse our store, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll enter your shipping address and payment details on a single secure checkout page. Once your order is submitted, you'll receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes.

You don't need an account to check out — guest checkout is fully supported. However, creating an account lets you track past orders and save your shipping details for future purchases.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also support Apple Pay and Google Pay at checkout for a faster experience.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

Is it safe to enter my credit card on your site?

Yes, absolutely. All transactions are encrypted with 256-bit SSL and processed through Stripe, the same payment infrastructure used by Amazon, Shopify, and thousands of other major retailers. We never see or store your full card number.

Look for the padlock icon in your browser's address bar — this confirms the connection is secure and your data is protected end-to-end.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. As soon as your order is placed, a confirmation email is sent to the address you provided at checkout. This email includes your order number, a summary of items purchased, your shipping address, and the total charged.

If you don't see the confirmation within 10 minutes, check your spam or promotions folder. If it's not there, contact our support team and we'll look it up for you.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping within the contiguous United States takes 2–5 business days after your order is processed. Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on business days are typically processed and handed off to the carrier the same day.

Expedited (1–3 business days) and Express (1–2 business days) options are available at checkout for an additional fee. See our full Shipping Policy for details.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a direct link to track your package in real time. Tracking updates typically appear within 24 hours of the carrier scanning your package.

We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on your location and selected shipping method. All three carriers offer detailed tracking through their respective websites and mobile apps.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — we offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States, regardless of order size. There's no minimum purchase threshold to qualify.

Expedited and Express shipping options are available for an additional fee if you need your order faster. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may incur additional shipping charges at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii (with applicable surcharges). We do not currently ship to international addresses or U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico and Guam.

We're actively working on expanding our shipping capabilities. If you'd like to be notified when international shipping becomes available, send us a message and we'll add you to our notification list.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition — unused, with all original packaging and accessories included. Products showing signs of use may be subject to a restocking fee or declined for return.

A small number of items are not eligible for return, including final-sale items and certain personal hygiene or wellness devices that cannot be resold. See our full Returns & Refunds Policy for the complete list.

How do I initiate a return?

To start a return, email us at support@vitaledge.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 1 business day with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when the refund is initiated.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once we receive your returned item and complete our inspection, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. The refund is applied to your original payment method — credit card refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

If your refund doesn't appear after 10 business days from our confirmation email, please contact your bank first. If the issue persists, reach out to us and we'll investigate immediately.

Where do your products ship from?

All orders ship from our fulfillment centers located in the United States. Depending on your delivery address and item availability, your order may ship from our East Coast (New Jersey) or West Coast (California) warehouse to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

Because we fulfill domestically, there are no customs delays, import duties, or international shipping complications to worry about.

Do you offer bundles or discounts for multiple items?

Yes — we offer curated bundles in our store that pair complementary devices (for example, our infrared sauna blanket paired with a red light therapy panel) at a discounted rate compared to purchasing items individually. Bundles are listed directly on product pages and in the shop.

We occasionally run seasonal promotions and email-exclusive discounts. Sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of the homepage to be notified of upcoming deals. We don't run constant sales — when we do discount, it's meaningful.
