3 Pricing & Availability
All prices listed on the Site are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without liability.
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and to refund the full amount charged. We will notify you of any such cancellation.
Product availability is not guaranteed. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and either offer a substitute or issue a full refund.
Promotional discounts, coupon codes, and sale pricing are valid for the periods specified and cannot be applied retroactively to past orders. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
4 Orders & Payment
By submitting an order, you make an offer to purchase the products in your cart at the listed prices. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, inaccurate product or pricing information, or unavailability of stock.
Payment is processed at the time of order submission. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided at checkout — including your shipping address and email address — is accurate. VitalEdge is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Orders may not be modified or cancelled after they have been submitted. If your order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately at support@vitaledge.com and we will make every effort to accommodate your request, though cancellation is not guaranteed.
5 Shipping
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We ship only within the United States. Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or circumstances outside our control. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please review our Shipping Policy and contact our support team.
6 Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We offer a 30-day return window on eligible items. Items must be returned in original, unused condition with original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and are subject to the timelines described in the Returns Policy.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Informal resolution: Before filing any legal claim, you agree to contact us at support@vitaledge.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Many issues can be resolved quickly this way.
Class action waiver: Any proceedings to resolve or litigate a dispute shall be conducted solely on an individual basis. You agree not to seek to have any dispute heard as a class action, private attorney general action, or in any other proceeding in which any party acts or proposes to act in a representative capacity.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also notify you via email or a prominent notice on our Site.
