Delivery time estimates begin after your order has been fully processed and handed off to the carrier. Processing time (1–2 business days) is separate from transit time.
Order Processing
All orders are processed from our US-based fulfillment centers Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders submitted before 2:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on holidays are processed the following business day.
During high-volume periods such as promotional sales or major holidays, processing times may extend to 2–3 business days. We'll communicate any delays via email and update tracking information as soon as the order ships.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Delivery Times
Delivery estimates are based on business days (Monday–Friday) and represent transit time after your order has shipped — not after it has been placed. Business day estimates exclude weekends and US federal holidays.
- Northeast & Southeast US: Typically 2–3 business days via standard shipping
- Midwest & South-Central US: Typically 2–4 business days via standard shipping
- West Coast US: Typically 3–5 business days via standard shipping
- Alaska & Hawaii: Typically 5–10 business days via USPS Priority Mail
These estimates are based on typical carrier performance and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays due to weather, high volume seasons, or other external factors are outside our control.
Shipping Carriers
We ship with UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The carrier assigned to your order is determined automatically based on your delivery address, order weight and dimensions, and the fastest available option for your selected shipping method. You cannot select a specific carrier at checkout.
All three carriers provide real-time tracking through their websites and mobile apps. Your shipping confirmation email will include a direct tracking link so you can monitor your package from departure to delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
- Your tracking number
- The name of the carrier handling your delivery
- A direct link to track your shipment in real time
- Estimated delivery date based on carrier data
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to reflect updates after your order is picked up by the carrier. If your tracking number shows no activity after 48 hours of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact our support team.
International Shipping
At this time, VitalEdge does not ship to international addresses. We currently ship only within the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not ship to US territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, or American Samoa.
We are working toward offering international shipping in the future. If you'd like to be notified when this becomes available, send us your email address and we'll reach out when we expand our shipping regions.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us at support@vitaledge.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and a description of the issue (photos of damage are extremely helpful).
We'll work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the situation promptly. Depending on the outcome of the carrier investigation, we will either:
- Send a replacement shipment at no additional charge, or
- Issue a full refund to your original payment method
We do not charge customers for carrier errors or shipping incidents that are outside the customer's control. Our goal is to make every delivery a positive experience, and we'll make it right if something goes wrong.
