To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Returned within 30 days of the date delivered to your address
- In original, unused condition with no visible wear or damage caused by use
- In their original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and components
Items that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a partial refund or may be declined for return. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please see our policy below — defective products are handled separately and at no cost to you.

How to Start a Return
Email Our Support Team
Send an email to
support@vitaledge.com with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and a brief reason. You'll receive a response within 1 business day with your return authorization and next steps.
Pack & Ship Your Item
We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label — no cost to you. Securely repackage your item in its original box with all included accessories. Affix the label to the outside of the package, then drop it off at any UPS, FedEx, or USPS location (depending on which label we send).
Receive Your Refund
Once your return arrives and passes our inspection, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is initiated. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the credit may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Refund Timeline
After your returned item has been received and inspected at our facility, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Here's the full timeline from when you ship your return:
- Transit time: 2–5 business days for your item to reach us (using the prepaid label)
- Inspection & processing: 1–3 business days after receipt
- Refund to your card: 5–10 business days depending on your bank
Total time from your return shipment to seeing the credit: typically 8–18 business days. If you haven't received your refund within 20 business days of us confirming receipt, contact us immediately.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged in shipping or has a manufacturer defect, we'll make it right at no cost to you. Contact us at support@vitaledge.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage or defect.
Depending on the situation, we will either send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice. You will not be required to return defective items in most cases, though we may ask for photos to document the issue.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned, regardless of condition:
Final Sale Items
Any product marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase is not eligible for return or exchange. This is noted clearly on the product page before checkout.
Personal Wellness & Hygiene Devices
Certain products that come in direct contact with the body — including but not limited to massage heads, PEMF mats that have been used, and red light therapy devices that have been used — cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once removed from their original sealed packaging. Unused, unopened items in this category remain eligible for return.
Items Outside the 30-Day Window
Returns initiated more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible for a refund. If you have an extenuating circumstance, reach out to our team and we'll review on a case-by-case basis.
